Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, or products damaged in transit. Due to the intimate nature of our catalogue, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or opened items that have been used.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. Report any issue within 48 hours with photos of the outer box and the product.

How to initiate a return

• Email Livemacy69@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description.
• Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will respond within one business day with next steps.
• Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging where possible.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong variant or a defective unit, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost once the claim is verified. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used intimate products (hygiene standard).
• Items marked final sale at checkout.
• Products without original seals or tamper evidence where applicable.
