Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Most orders dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
You will receive tracking details by email and SMS once the courier picks up your parcel.

Every Livemacy order ships from within India in plain packaging. No product names, no store branding on the outside — ever.

Delivery timelines
- Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Timelines are estimates — weather, festivals, or courier delays may extend delivery slightly.
Discreet packaging
Outer cartons are plain brown or neutral couriers' packaging. There is no mention of Livemacy, product type, or adult content on the label visible to handlers or neighbours.
Inside, items are packed with protective material and sealed pouches.
Self pickup / alternate delivery
Prefer not to receive at home? Add a landmark address or courier locker details in order notes. Our support team can help coordinate handover with the delivery partner where service allows.
Customs & domestic shipping
Livemacy fulfils from India. Domestic orders do not require customer-side customs clearance. All duties and taxes for standard domestic delivery are included in the checkout total unless stated otherwise.
